To give you a better idea about me, I started my real estate journey in 2005 by getting my license after years of flipping houses with my husband. This hands-on experience motivated me to become a licensed agent. Having dealt with property management and numerous transactions, I felt it was the right time to formalize my expertise. Our past experiences taught me the importance of understanding the real estate process thoroughly to avoid any pitfalls.
