Pam and I had many ups and downs during our attempts to sell my house. She knew how I was going to respond to the downs when something didn't go my way and she shared in my happiness and excitement when the day of closing came. She knew the ins and outs of real estate and knew little things I could take care of to help my house sell. She always responded promptly to my e mails/questions and was prompt in keeping in touch with me when I was waiting for a response from her. Her years of experience shine through and she's very realistic when it comes to whats reasonable and whats not. She gave me sound advice and is very responsible. I would love to use her again if I have the need.
