I am so happy I hired Pam. She sold my house in under 2 weeks for a great price, much higher than I initially thought I would get. I was thrilled we had so many offers! She is a highly skilled, experienced and trusted realtor who went above and beyond for me. Her years of marketing savvy assisted me in selling my property lightening fast. Her people skills are top notch and she screened every person who put in an offer. Everything went smoothly. I live out of state from where the property for sale was located, so she took care of everything from recommending painters and electricians for getting the house ready to sell, to junk removal companies and a real estate lawyer to handle the sale, she even went to home depot and picked out all new lighting fixtures and kitchen hardware for me. She is passionate about what she does, a genuinely wonderful person who treats you with respect and honesty, plus she always picks up the phone when you call her and her text responses are immediate. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her and her advice in making my property more desirable for buyers. I highly recommend you hire Pam, she's the best at what she does, you won't be disappointed.

She helped me stage the house and price it at the right level to create the potential for a bidding contest between buyers. And that is exactly what happened. We screened over a half dozen realtors before we chose Pam.. We chose her because we felt she was the most genuine, and laid the plan out in a different manner than the others, that we resonated with. 10/10 with the handling of the home. Initially we didn’t like the waterfront photos, and missed the photographer the second time; so she sent him out a 3rd time for the perfect shots. Things like this go a long way. Having Pam as our real estate agent in order to sell my parents' home was the best decision we ever made throughout the whole entire process. She treated us like family, and constantly kept in communication with us about the home including info about the possible buyers and decisions that needed to be made. Pam is the best real estate agent out there, and it’s because she legitimately loves it. You can tell how passionate she is every time you speak to her. We were fortunate enough to work with Pam in buying a house, and I cannot express how critical Pam was to our buying process. We had recently parted ways with another realtor, and during the time we weren’t represented we met Pam at an open house for a property she was selling. Fast forward a few weeks, we saw a house we loved, and called Pam up out of the blue asking if she would represent us. It was a Sunday and she didn’t hesitate to help us put an offer in, a great offer in (she gave us a lot of guidance and support) that same day. She continued to make everything so easy for us as she expertly navigated tricky waters with the sellers. She always advocated for us, and never failed to keep us updated. That was big for us, she would call or text all the time for big or small updates, and that was very reassuring as we went through the process. She also had recommendations for a team of experts (lawyer, inspector, etc.). Pam knows her stuff, she loves her clients, and we are so glad to have worked with her. 10/10. 5 stars. As I home inspector I have worked with her and her buyers many times. I work with many realtors but few are dedicated to their clients as Pam is. She goes all in for her clients and spend many hours either hunting down homes for her buyers or getting home ready for her listing clients. Even though my wife and I have decided to pull out of the house hunting market due to its volatile state and over exaggerated offerings, I felt compelled to write this review and to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with Ms. Pamela Dostilio. Pamela was very professional, personable and informative. For instance, I informed Pamela about 9am that we were going to an open house that same day at 1pm. Within 1 hour she called us back to let us know that we could have a private viewing 30 minutes to the open houses and that she would meet us there. How awesome is that!!! If you’ve been to an open house ,you know what I mean. As we walked out of the private viewing their were at least 20 people waiting to go in. We did make an offer, which was 20000 over asking , we weren’t the highest bid. Pam Dostilio is quite an impressive realtor!  My sister and I had to quickly sell our elderly parents' condo. Since we both live out of state, several hundred miles away and with very busy lives, this made things that much more difficult. Pam helped us with EVERYTHING, from a thorough market analysis, to finding repair people, junk removers, house cleaners, movers and a great local closing attorney.  We found Pam to be incredibly personable, patient, enthusiastic about her job and extremely conscientious.  Calls, texts and emails were responded to immediately.  If she didn’t have the answer to a question, and we had many, she would quickly find an answer and reply promptly. Since we both live several hours away, Pam was always ready and available to find, coordinate and personally meet any inspectors and repairman at the condo.  She did a beautiful job marketing the condo and quickly setting up a successful open house. To our delight, the condo sold within just a few days of its listing.  Up through the closing date, she kept is in the loop with every important detail of the closing process.  She communicated very well with our Attorney, the buyer’s Attorney and the Condo Association.  We were highly impressed with Pam and we cannot recommend her enough.

Pam is outstanding! My husband and I met Pam on a random cold call off of a property sign. She was so great, she met up with us within 30 minutes and gave us a full run through of the home, including comps. Over a span of a couple days, Pam showed us many homes and provided us constant feedback about the market as well as comps in the area.
