Pam went above and beyond for my fiance and I while looking for our first home. Pam was readily available to show us houses, take us back for second looks and she was flexible with our schedule. Once we bought our house Pam went above and beyond again by connecting us with various companies that helped us with flooring and fencing. We had a great experience with Pam and would recommend her to anyone looking for their dream home!

Pam was a dream come true to work with. We had previously been on and off the market with othe RE agents for almost 30 months, each time getting terrible advice, and watching buyer after buyer disappear.

Pam came in with a fresh view and approach. She talked with us, spent time in the house, researched the area even reviewed the previous listings with an eagle eye. She knew something was missing with how the story of the house was being told.

Our listing with Pam last a mere 3 weeks. The house pictures were totally different and highlighted the best parts of the house, and she told the house's story in the description.

We had more activity in those 3 weeks than the previous 29 months, and received 2 offers on the same day. We accepted an offer 98% of listing price.

She worked hard to get out place sold, sold fast and at almost asking. I'd strongly recommend working with her.

We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Pamela Forsberg of J.W. Reedy Real Estate. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating, from the listing of our 2 homes and our vacant land. We had some difficult moments in the sale of one of our properties and I’m not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with these issues and walk us through them as professionally as she did. She worked efficiently with the buyers, their agent and our side to make sure the closing was a success. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Pam was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so. We don't think J.W. Reedy Realty could have a better realtor out there representing them.
