I reached out to her after having a bad first time experience with whom came before her.
She’s was a true life saver. As the old saying goes “a breath of fresh air”. She took off looking, seeking for all of specifics I desired for my 2 young adult children as well as myself.
She went above and beyond to find our “Humble Abode” I often call my residency. My house, my home she made my dream a reality. It was one of the best life decisions I made with her assistance, insight, and patience. I have a high admiration for her and the profession that truly suits a person of her caliber.

Working with Pam was so easy! She helped us buy and sell. I had seen some of Pam's Facebook posts that caught my attention and reached out. She made the house hunting process a breeze. She found us good properties and took us to see properties we found as well. Her availability was amazing. We understand we are not her only clients but it felt like it. If she wasn't available to take us to tour her team stepped in to make sure we didn't miss an opportunity. We found a home that we loved and Pam educated us about the market and climate we were in and made sure that we submitted a competitive offer. Even though our offer wasn't the highest her negotiating skills got us the house!

When it came time to sell our place her patience was incredible. We were not prepared to put a house on the market. Pam and her team visited our home and gave us suggestions on decluttering. They were very respectful. They also helped stage our home. Our house was actually a "hot home" on Redfin! We had multiple offers and went under contract in a matter of days over list price.
