Pamela Holmes Chance is a professional and highly experienced real estate agent. She was masterful at helping us close the deal on our dream home which I am convinced we would not have gotten if it was not for Pamela. There were competing offers on the home and Pamela sealed the deal with her excellent negotiation skills. The seller accepted the offer within minutes and Pamela was masterful at helping us navigate through the process which went quickly and seamlessly. Pamela was always available at a moment's notice to drop whatever she was doing, make the needed calls and meet me at the location. Some days, it rained. She was there. Pamela helped my husband and I find our first home after relocating from California.
