About Pamela L

Pamela grew up in the Marietta area and started her real estate career in 1998. She
has sold hundreds of homes all around the Metro area and is a full time realtor.
Pamela’s real estate career started in the new home sector. After getting her real
estate license she joined Venture Homes and took over their top selling community.
It was not long before Pamela was recruited to join the BridgeMill team. BridgeMill
was the number one selling community in the Southeast and presented just the
challenge she needed. Pamela was one of 12 on-site agents who represented 9
builder groups and worked with buyers to find and build their dream home. As things
were winding down at BridgeMill, Pamela joined Legacy Realty to start their multi use
community, River Green.
After several years in new home sales, Pamela married her sweetheart Stephen and
took a few years off to start a family. They now have 2 sons, Trey and Matthew. The
Weatherby’s call Roswell home but have family peppered all around the Metro Atlanta
area. Pamela’s husband has a successful renovations company, Weatherby
Renovations. Stephen also builds custom homes with Weatherby Construction. Their
sons are students at Fellowship Christian School and they attend church at First
Baptist Woodstock.
In 2013, Pamela returned to the career she loved and teamed up with Keller Williams
Realty Consultants. Pamela believes that Keller Williams is the perfect marriage of
philosophy (God~Family~Work) and training. Pamela understands that the best
realtors are always evolving, learning and growing. In this ever changing field, it is
imperative to be in business with a company that believes the same. That is why
Keller Williams was recently named by Forbes Magazine as the Number 1 training
company in the World.
Pamela prides herself on providing the highest level of service to all her clients,
whether they are first time home buyers, downsizing after the kids have moved away
or building their custom dream home. Pamela’s years of extensive new home
construction knowledge give her a distinct advantage in helping to assist her clients
through the complexities of the buying and selling process. Pamela understands that
buying and selling a home is one of life’s most stressful events. She will listen to what
is important to her clients to help make their real estate transaction as seamless and
stress free as possible. She makes her clients goals, her goals. Pamela’s years of
experience allow her look forward to problems and proactively find ways to address

In her spare time, Pamela and her family love anything outdoors. They love taking
camping trips in their RV, fishing, hunting and dirt bike riding. Of course, you can find
her on the sidelines cheering on her boys as they play baseball, track and soccer. A
note worth mentioning, she and her family are HUGE Atlanta United fans!
