I’ve called Colorado Springs home since the 1970s, growing up here and returning after living briefly in other states — there’s just no place like it. Real estate runs deep in my family, and my passion for helping people see the potential in homes and communities flows through my veins. I specialize in residential homes and renovations, guiding clients to not only find a house, but a home that fits their vision and lifestyle.
Beyond real estate, I’m deeply invested in the future of our city. From attending City and County Planning meetings to reviewing traffic reports, surveying neighbors, and collaborating with first responders, I consider the long-term impact of development and advocate for smart, safe, and vibrant communities. One of my proudest accomplishments utilizing my Project Management skills was leading the effort to create a mountain biking freeride area at Red Rock Canyon — rallying the community, securing donations, and working alongside contractors and family to bring it to life.
When I’m not helping clients or shaping the community, you’ll find me on the trails, snowboarding or ski-biking on my SnoGo, hiking, playing pickleball, or enjoying arts, theater, and music events. Family, friends, pets, faith, and community are my highest priorities, and I bring that same dedication and heart to every client I work with.
