As a Realtor and Transition Specialist, Pamela is well positioned to help her clients chart the course through any of life's changes. From the purchase of your first home to your last, she will educate, negotiate and advocate while working diligently to ensure a smooth transition. She uses data driven technology and the facts to help you make the most informed decisions. She provides expert guidance on downsizing, pricing, staging, and has extensive connections and resources for any situation. As an (SRES) designee, she has additional knowledge on how to help the 50+ population find a retirement home, and their aging parents navigate the maze of financial, legal and emotional issues that accompany the sale of a home and a move to Assisted Living.
Prior to entering the Real Estate industry she worked in Marketing and Sales. She has over 30 years of experience managing events on a professional and volunteer basis, and brings a commitment to excellence with her.
As a Confirmation teacher at St. Luke's in Darien, Pamela emphasized the importance of giving ones time, talent and treasure to a cause that is meaningful. "If we all did that, the world would be a much better place!" Pamela hopes to make a difference by donating 10% of her commissions to the charity of her client's choice. She also hopes to leave a legacy of excellence for her father Dr. Stephen D. Messner, a brilliant man who eventually passed with dementia.
For over 30 years, Pamela has been an active member of the Darien community. She has served on the Board of At Home in Darien, the Darien Nature Center, and has held many positions at St. Luke's Episcopal Church. She's chaired events including: Paint the Town Purple, Hunt for Hope Gala, Festival of Wreaths and Gathering of Angels. She coached youth Field Hockey and Lacrosse and helped expand the youth Field Hockey program so that every girl who wanted to play could.
