Before transitioning to real estate, I spent 32 years in the produce business in Nogales, AZ, where I owned and operated my own truck brokerage business for 11 years, becoming the first female to do so in 1979. This background instilled in me a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to connect with people.

With extensive experience in mass marketing, home decoration, design and virtual staging, I ensure that every property I list is presented in the best possible light. I utilize professional photographers and virtual staging for vacant as well as occupied homes, understanding the importance of making a strong first impression in the market.
PERSONAL INSIGHTS: Having lived in this beautiful region, I can attest to the friendliness of the local community and the stunning natural surroundings. The various mountain ranges provide breath taking views, and the absence of street lights in many areas makes for exceptional stargazing. The abundance of wild life and the sounds of nature, such as the calls of coyotes and the summer rains and lightning storms during our monsoon season, create a unique and enchanting atmosphere. Of course our Arizona sunsets are truly spectacular.
