My husband and I were very pleased with our realtor Pam. She was very friendly and informative. She was quick to respond and show us houses. Which is extremely important right now with how fast houses are flying off the market. She always had our best interest in mind and answered all our questions. Something I really loved is how much she seemed to care about my family and finding the right place for us. I would highly recommend working with her and this company.

Pam Porter worked so hard for my family. We had all types of family emergencies and changes during the selling and buying of our homes and she was so patient!
She was always able to make things happen. We had not moved in 25 years and she helped us in so many ways and however she could. She knew all the legal stuff so well and thought of things I never would have, with the selling of my home and purchase of a new home.
She was so compassionate with our problems and circumstances and I don’t think we could have done It without her. My family now considers her a friend and we know we can always ask her for advise or direction.
She is the best and I would highly recommend her as a realtor.

Bought our condo many years ago through Pam. When it came time to sell the condo I interviewed a couple other realtors to get a few other opinions. After speaking with then I never felt they would work as hard as Pam did for us previously when we bought the place. So once again we went with Pam and she didn’t let us down and helped us sell our place in a day!!!! You want someone that will work at selling your place or finding you a place she is the one to go with!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Pam. She helped us find both of our homes. She really listens to what you want and will search and search until you find it without any pressure. She is VERY quick to take you out if you see something as the market moves so fast and thus is key!! I have refenced a number of friends to her that were unhappy with their realtors and they swifchdf to Pam and were very happy. They said the difference was night and day.

Pam was great to work with. She was with us every step of the way. She listed to what we wanted to accomplish in the sale of our house. She gave us great ideas in what to do and not to do to make our home more marketable. She priced it well , and in the first weekend we had over 20 showings and it was under contract in 3 days! She was always attentive to any phone calls/texts, and answered us promptly. I would recommend her whole heartedly and without hesitation. If I ever go to buy or sell another home I KNOW who I'm calling!
