Pam & Bonnie are simply "great"! This is the 2nd time I have used them to purchase a home and should there be a 3rd home in my future, I will use them again.

Buying a new home can be stressful , but buying a new home when you live in another town has the potential to take stress to a whole new level . However, Pam & Bonnie made the process seamless, efficient and almost tress-less. They continually provided updates nd hey took extra time to make sure I understood everything and were available at the 'drop of a hat' to answer what probably seemed like "endless questions".

Pam & Bonnie clearly had my best interests in the forefront of their minds at all times which gave me peace of mind and resulted in a succesful transaction and experience.

Pam was highly recommended by my daughter as she helped her find a very very good home for her and her family. I cannot blame her, Pam is a real asset, a good realtor that helped us a lot. She gave her heart into her job, very professional in all aspects. She gives priority in helping us as a client. I’m sure not only us but all her clients. She would not turn you down and will give you good advice if it is a go or not and that makes a lot difference. She is very sensitive to her clients’ needs, say for example we needed furnitures and if she sees clients that are selling or giving away their old furnitures she would call me and ask me if I’m interested for that furniture she would even take pictures. We really really appreciate that. She would always answer your calls whether it’s morning or afternoon or evening and if she cannot, she will make sure that she would return your calls, a very responsible person. We are so comfortable working with Pam and if we will have a chance in the future to finding another home we will definitely call her. She is definitely our lucky charm.

Pamela went above and beyond during the sale of my house. First, she was working long days to get the house on the market, making sure all marketing material was perfect and 3-D tour and layout were simply great.

Later, she was available on a one minute notice to show the house, including late evenings and weekends.

After the sale she did an amazing job helping me to have my stuff and cars packed and picked up by the moving company since I was already living in another state. She didn't have to do any of that, yet she helped me anyway.

Lastly, she helped me tremendously with buying the new house in Arkansas by using her in-depth real estate skills and providing me with great advices, which again - she didn't have to do at all.

I'd highly recommend her to anybody and if I ever come back to Florida - she will be the first one to call.

My wife and I made a last minute decision to look for condos in Cocoa Beach over a weekend. We reached out to Pam and she was able to quickly line up several properties for us to see. By the end of the weekend we had found our dream beach place. Pam was there for us every step of the way and accommodated us in every possible way at anytime of the day and night. She did such an amazing job finding our beach place that we used her to sell a rental property we had in Orlando. She listed it immediately and lined up an open house within 24 hours of listing. She quickly sold the place for us in less than five days. She is the best of the best and made every step of the buying and selling process easy for us.

When you call Pamela you BETTER be Ready to sell if that is the case !
I owned land in Lago Vista Tx which I have been thinking about selling for quite some time now so I contacted Pamela thinking she would perhaps sell this land in a couple weeks or whenever, but to my unexpected surprise she already had several offers the next day :) That same day she presented me with an offer I just could not refuse and the rest is History !

That was LIGHTNING FAST Service that I would have never imagined would have EVER happened and to be honest I was really not ready for it but my money is in my account and my land belongs to someone who can enjoy it now :)

Highly recommend Pam Ratfield and her husband for all your real estate needs. I have been impressed since day 1. My husband I and were trying to rent an apt from out of state and had some specific pet needs. Pam was the only agent to call us back and worked diligently in finding us a rental. Our experience was stress free and effortless. We were so satisfied with our experience that we again used Pam to buy our first home. I still live out of state and my husband works long hours. She was willing to meet us on the weekends and in the late afternoon after work to show us houses. We found the perfect house! Not only is she a great realtor but she also has good recommendations for contractors and other home needs. In medicine we use “AAA” to describe phenomenal students who we recommend programs to hire, Pam definitely checks every box (availability, affability, and ability). Again, highly recommend!
