About Pamela

Pamela Roueche and her family moved to the LC Valley in 2005 from Montana and fell in love with the area, calling it home ever since. With all the moving they did before they settled in the valley (11 moves), the realtor understands how stressful moving can be, and thus dedicated to helping her clients with their buying and selling adventure. She has been a licensed realtor in the valley since 2007 and licensed in both Washington and Idaho. She takes care of her clients and loves to help anyway she to make the adjustments as smooth as possible. One of the assets she feels she must help with the buying and selling process is her knowledge of home inspections. She helped her husband start his home inspection business in 2004 and has gained so much knowledge from that undertaking. With this experience and with him as a resource, she can competently help her clients through the process of what to do prior to listing, as well as navigating and then negotiating through the home inspection reports. She has a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business from the University of Montana-Western, Associates Degree in Human Resource Management, and acquired this degree while working three jobs. She grew up on a ranch in Montana and is no stranger to challenging work.
