Pam was absolutely wonderful! She helped us find our dream property for retirement! She kept telling us we would know when we found “the property” and she was exactly right! We found our dream property and then she worked it into her schedule to view the property immediately so we didn’t lose it. Thank u so much Pam for helping us find and secure our retirement property! I can’t say enough positive things about the service we received from Pam Sabo during the entire process of our search and purchase of real estate in North Carolina. During the search period, she patiently sorted through hundreds of listings with us, and scouted properties for us that we were not able to view in person because we live out of state. In fact, she was the one that actually found the property that we ultimately purchased. Once we went under contract for the property, she handled every inquiry and obstacle (and there were many) with ultimate patience and professionalism. She regularly went well above and beyond the ordinary scope of work for an agent to assist us in the process of purchasing our dream property. Even after closing, Pam remained in contact with us regularly to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our new mountain property. I not only recommend Pam with the utmost confidence and enthusiasm, but I can say with certainty that she is more than an agent to us, she has become a good friend, for whom we are truly grateful!
