About Pamela
As a North Carolina native, Pamela has watched all of the growth and change this great state has seen over the years. Growing up in small town NC. She has seen the exponential growth our area has seen over the last decade. She also understands why NC is constantly ranked at the top of many lists on where to relocate. With their exceptional economy, low cost of living, and educational opportunities it lends itself to not only great livability but also a sound investment. Pamela moved to Raleigh in 1992 and has maintained another home along the beautiful coast right outside of Wilmington NC. She is able to serve clients in both markets which can be convenient to buyers and sellers needing to cross-market. A licensed agent since 2013, in 2017 Pamela joined forces with one of the top Wake County agents to help build one of the most successful teams in the market (Top 5). In that role, she operates as both sales and operations manager leading the team to not only sell but deliver excellent service. With 11 agents on the team, they were able to help over 350 families in 2020 buy and sell their properties with a sales volume over $125 million. That was an increase in 2019 from 278 sides and $100 million in volume. For them, it was never about the volume but rather the experience each client had. Pamela personally carried on this tradition of making sure each client feels heard, clear and constant communication and with a goal to meet your individual needs.
