If I there was an option for 10 stars, Pam would deserve it! Pam helped us buy our first home in this crazy market that is definitely not in the buyers favor. We had no idea what to expect throughout the process but Pam went above and beyond advocating on our behalf while keeping our best interests in mind. It was a difficult process with many offers being denied due to the market but Pam didn’t give up and helped us stay positive. She found our perfect home and suggested we go see it even though we were unsure at first and it wasn’t one on our radar. We are so glad we did. We truly don’t believe we would have found a home in this market without her!

I am working with Pam for the THIRD time. She has helped my entire family find homes including my first home purchase, a townhouse and now our new construction family home. She is quick to respond and gets things done in such an efficient manner. I had an unfortunate break in at my first home and she had the property listed and sold within weeks! Not only is Pam a great agent; she is an amazing person. She stays in touch with clients, sends updates on the market, cards for special occasions etc. Pam TRULY cares about her clients and it shows. She is a realtor but also a friend for life!

Pam is the best! We worked with her last year, and she was patient with us, even when we decided it wasn't the right time to buy. This year, we were ready and she was our go to person! She was super helpful with information about the city and the house, had the best recommendations for inspection companies, utilities, and even home warranty. She is super organized and always positive, yet realistic. This was our first house - and she made the experience of buying easy and educational.
