Pamela is Spectacular at what she does. It was a difficult time for me when my dad was passing, one of his caregivers that was helping me, gave me Pam's name and contact information. After he was gone and I needed to list the house, I made the call. It was the best phone call I every made. Pam handled everything with an abundance of kindness, genuine caring, compassion, understanding and professionalism! I can't say enough good things about her but am going to try and list as many as I can think of... *Knowledgeable *Experienced *Responsible * Knows the area well *Goes Above and Beyond, she actually did some historical research on my dads almost 200 year old house that was incredibly interesting and informative *Communicative, keeps you informed every step of the way *Attention To Detail *Does her Research and homework *Gives good timely advice, gentle guidance and direction, keeping everything on track *Stays Calm and in Control *Warm, Sunny and Positive disposition, she treats others like family *Responsive, always returning calls, text and emails promptly *Has great contacts of other responsible professionals in other areas of need that arise during the process of listing, marketing and selling a house, from junk haulers to settlement officers (Aimee Smith who was also spectacular) . I will call Pam again in a heartbeat the next time I am in need of a realtor for any reason and have already passed her card along to many. I was a realtor myself many years ago but was too overwhelmed to handle this one on my own, as I lived out of the area and was still devastated and preoccupied with everything else that was going on and needed to be done at the time. Again, best call I could have made, don't hesitate to call her if you are in need to sell or buy. The only regret I've had was not having the time to write this review sooner giving her the accolades she so deserves!

My wife and I have now bought and sold a home with Pam as our realtor. While both times brought different challenges, Pam made both transactions seamless and handled everything with much attention and care. Our home sale that took place last month went as smooth as we could have imagined! We had many interested buyers and got the maximum amount of money for our home with a quick close date.
