I've been an acquaintance of Pam and Scott for years and was always drawn to their down to earth, caring personalities. After going through a divorce I got in touch with them to list my house for sale. We had an offer 3 days later. They were with us every step of the way. It was such a stressful time and I was so appreciative of their support and advice. They have been doing this for many years and have such immense knowledge, connections and lists of everything you may need. They really looked out for us and walked us through everything. Pam and Scott are true professionals and outstanding at what they do. I cannot imagine having gone through this with ANYONE else. Do yourself a favor and contact them when you want to buy or sell a house. You will not be disappointed. Can't say enough good things!

Pam and Scott helped us work on a complicated and time sensitive house sale, and assisted us with finding a new condo, in a short amount of time, completing the work by mid March. We live in New Mexico and our Ocoee home has been a rental for eight years when we decided to sell it. We searched the internet looking for a listing broker. Out of several brokers that responded, we picked Scott Taylor and that turned out to be our lucky day. The house needed substantial repairs, over $28,000 in order to bring it up to marketable standards. Being nearly 2000 miles away we dreaded the selling process. We should not have worried. Within days, Scott had a cash buyer and he was unbelievably helpful in getting all the necessary repair work done in short order. The sale closed in 4 weeks. We unconditionally highly recommend Scott and Pamela to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, honest "on the job" broker who has earned our full trust.

My fiancé and I had been discussing selling our downtown condo and moving closer to our families. We started looking at houses online and ended up at a open house that Scott and Pam Taylor were hosting . The house was beautiful but we still needed to sell ours we started discussing our situation at that open house with Scott and Pam and they put us in touch with their lender and the ball was in motion . Next thing you know we were listing and staging the condo for pictures and once listed they sold it within a week. Now through this time we were actively looking for another house luckily we found a great one thanks to Scott and Pam ! They were our therapist , our trusted advisors and honestly have become like family to us. Thank you to the Taylor Team. We recently had a home we wanted to sell. When we first met with Scott and Pam we knew right away this was who we wanted to handle our home. They are without question the most experienced realtors. They told us what we needed to do to get the house ready to show and within a day after listing our home we had an offer. Within several days we had multiple offer and ended up selling our home with a week of listing it. They guided us through the entire sale process and were there with us at the closing. I got to know the Taylor couple when buying a property in 2011 as a remote vacation home. With around 3 months of waiting as warned at the beginning of making my offer, the settlement, as a short sale deal, was closed surprisingly much more smoothly than anticipated. Although Scott served as the dual-agent for both the seller whom I knew, and me, as the buyer, every step gone through following Scott's coordination or suggestion was fully transparent with standard procedure. He also offered numerous good suggestions regarding remote management of rental business.

Since 2014, I have been using Pamela's service to identify candidate tenants for this property. So far she has successfully screened 4 rounds of tenants, none of them had even a single default in paying the monthly rental. What I appreciated Pam the most is she investigated each candidate's credit history and financial status EXTREMELY carefully. With sharing with me critical info with fully transparency, Pam is very patient. She never showed any hassle to push me to make a deal quickly, while never having any reservations in suggesting me adjusting accordingly to adapt the changing market. With very reasonable fee for her service, Pam contributed tremendous time in coordinating home repair and cleaning service during the transition between the move-out period of the current tenant and and move-in period of the next one. It's fair to say Pam is the most important business partner I have to ensure the success of my remote management of this rental business.

Lucy is amazing! Lucy was recommended by a mutual friend. My wife and I moved as well as my father. We moved from California and my dad from Nevada. Lucy found us both amazing houses that we purchased and now live in. We didn't even come out to look. She did everything for us. There were a couple we were going between and she steered us to the ones we wound up purchasing. When we got here we drove around to the others we were thinking of just to see and we are so happy with our choices. Lucy definitely knows the area and will go above and beyond to find you the right home.

First time home buyer here, knew nothing of the process or how it works. Fortunately I was put in touch with Scott & Pamela Taylor. Let me just say these folks are absolutely amazing and make dreams reality! They were available at all times to answer any questions or concerns I had. The market was booming in the area I was looking at, homes we looked at would be gone off the market within a day. Finally, we found my perfect home (telling you... this is a dream home and something I never imagined I would have). We viewed this home at 5 pm and was filling out our offer that night. There was already an offer on the home and the listing realtor was reluctant to take ours... Ms Pamela knowing her stuff informed the listing realtor that my offer had to absolutely be taken into account! I could go on and on about these folks but ill stop here... Lucy and her team were recommended to us by a friend. What a great recommendation! We live in California so we needed realtors who would work with us while we were in Orlando and who were willing to take time zones into consideration when speaking on the phone. Lucy and Scott did all of that and much more. They showed us numerous condos and houses in different locations in Orlando so that we could determine what we wanted and what location was the best for us. They were professional, helpful and always available to answer our questions. When we finally decided on our purchase, they negotiated the best purchase price for us. There were some delays with the paperwork and they stayed on top of everything and kept us updated as needed.
Since we were dealing long distance, Pam helped us with docusign to make our purchase as easy for us as possible. My husband and I were very pleased that we had such a successful experience with Lucy, Scott and Pam.
