As a native of the San Gabriel Valley and a West Covina resident for over 35 years, Pamela earned her real estate license in the mid- ‘80s. She works with clients throughout the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas, including Glendora, West Covina, Covina, Azusa, San Dimas, Walnut, and Diamond Bar. In addition to helping buyers and sellers, Pamela’s background includes working as an REO Asset Manager with Bank of America and Fannie Mae, where she sold thousands of homes. As such, she is also well-versed in the Short Sale and REO transaction processes.
Real estate and helping others are true passions of Pamela’s, and the combination of the two fuels her success. “I love houses and working with people one-on-one, so doing this for a living comes naturally to me,” she says. “My favorite aspect of being a real estate professional is seeing how people make a home fresh and new. I also like following what people have done to update an older home, and how technology plays an integral part of those updates.”
As a trusted industry veteran, Pamela understands how to develop and nurture meaningful, lasting relationships with clients, a hallmark of her service. “You have to build trust with your clients,” she says. “I do that by doing what I say I am going to do, no matter what.
