I have had the pleasure of working with Bob & Pam for the last several months and am grateful I have had the opportunity to do so! Bob & Pam are my accountability partners in a unique training program we were selected to take part in at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services which has been an amazing experience. They are the poster children for trust and dependability. They have structured their business in a way that allows them to provide the same quality service to each and every single client they work with. Not only are they honest and dependable, they are intelligent, creative and a joy to communicate with and learn from. I am thankful for the lifelong relationship we now share!

Being first time home buyers, especially in a fast-paced seller's market, to say we were overwhelmed is an understatement. But Pam helped put us at ease! She answered all of our questions thoroughly and quickly. She even got in us touch with a mortgage company that gave us a great looking bid. We managed to get the first house we put a bid on, which had 9 other offers (and we weren't even the highest bidders).
Every team member she suggested (mortgage company, real estate lawyer, home inspector, etc.) had been great to work with as well.
She was so easy to get along with, plus she has the expertise. There's no reason not to work with the Trinco team whether you're buying or selling!

When my wife and I were shopping around for a new house, we asked around and Pam and Bob Trinco came highly recommended. They helped us navigate the waters during these fluid times with the pandemic and made every step of the way a breeze! My family couldn't be happier with the services Pam and Bob provided!! They truly went above and beyond AND out of their way (1.5 hour drive one-way) to make the experience as smooth as humanly possible.

Pam and Bob are genuine all-around and we can't thank them enough for helping us into our first home. We love the house, the neighborhood, and of course The Trinco Team for making this all possible! We were so thankful for the Trinco team and their support through our long and vast home search. We were transitioning from the city to the suburbs and weren't really sure what we wanted in terms of town or house. They were incredibly helpful, patient and caring throughout. They helped us to bring together our wide wish list and found us the perfect place. They hung by us with busy schedules, whining kids and even the occasional dog handling while we juggled searching for houses. They knew what we wanted in the end!

The Trinco Team did an incredible job in helping me sell my house. They started with a competitive market survey which was very informative and helped set a price on the house which was, frankly, more than I thought I could get out of it. They helped in preparing the house for viewing; they actively marketed the house in different venues; and right out of the gate there were several showings. In about a week I'd accepted an offer. Being a first-time home-seller, Bob and Pam helped guide me through the process and just made it easy. They really went the extra mile for me and I would definitely use their services again. I can't recommend them enough.

Pamela & Robert Trinco are the "Best"!
They had me go to a meeting to meet them, a loan processor & spent s few hours explaining the whole buying process (from looking to finding the perfect residence & then the funding process). It all seemed so overwhelming at first but neither Pamela or Robert gave up. I'm a first time buyer and they were with me every step of the way. They didn't even mind if I called with questions, actually they said to always call if I had questions.
I whole heartedly recommend Pamela & Robert Trinco to be your next realtor.

Pam and Bob were excellent. Pam started right away. She identified what needed to be done and gave us options. We needed a cleaner and a painter and she called not just one of each but several. After deciding which would be best for us, we were able to move forward quickly within just a few days the place was cleaned and painted and ready to show. Bob and Pam did a great job of preparing the place and showing the true potential of the property. The actual selling went even smoother, from the first offer till closing. Bob and Pam were there informing us the details of the process. Even thou there were several comparable properties in there the area, surprisingly we received an acceptable offer in a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend the Bob and Pam team.
