Pamela Welch

Pam has been involved in real estate since 2000, starting as an Office Manager in a local real estate firm and then becoming a REALTOR® in 2002. She became a part of the “Harris & Associates, Inc. Team” in 2012 and is experienced in working with foreclosures, especially HUD-owned homes. Pam loves collaborating with people and helping them find the Home that Meets Their Needs and Wants! A native of Chesterfield County, and after moving to and living in Southwest Virginia for 9 years, Pam moved back home because of her love of the area. She is the mother of two, Lacy and Alex and has two adorable granddaughters, Riley & Paisley. Pam is a huge beach lover, as evidenced by her famous comment - “If I go missing, you can find me at the beach!!”
