I'm Paolo Flores, your real estate broker in South Florida. For the first 8 years, I was affiliated with major developers in the Philippines like SMDC, Ayala Land, Eton Properties, and DMCI. I had the opportunity to participate in international roadshows and meet investors from around the world.

In 2014, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by establishing a real estate brokerage and property management firm based in Makati City, the financial capital of the Philippines. Starting with just 12 condominium units, the company currently manages over 120 units, primarily located in Metro Manila's urban areas.

In 2019, I solidified my commitment to facilitating seamless transactions and fostering lasting relationships within the industry by obtaining my real estate broker's license in Florida.
