Paranee helped me sell my house. She did everything I wanted a realtor to do. I am very satisfied with her work and the price she negotiated. She took care of hiring contractors and landscaping for small pre-sale improvements and all I did was sign some documents online. She was very responsive, never pressured me for a decision, and I always felt she wanted me to be happy with the sale and her service. Five stars.

I had a GREAT experience working with Paranee on finding our first home! She is professional, responsive and cares about finding a home that’s best for our family, not just any home available in the market. She would point out defects she sees at the time of showing to make sure that we make the right decision.

Once we saw this house posted on the market, we forwarded it to her. She responded right away and scheduled a showing for us within 3 hours after the house was listed. We made the offer the next morning and was accepted.

We wouldn’t be able to get this home if we worked with someone else. Paranee responded to our requests promptly and was able to submit the offer for us in a timely manner. We would recommend her to anyone who wants to work with an agent that is knowledgable, professional and cares about finding you the right home that fits your budget and lifestyle.
