Pardis will get your house sold fast!
Pardis is great and has the expertise to get your house sold. The communications throughout our sale (from beginning to end) has been outstanding. Pardis understands the stress involved in selling your house, and she updated our family consistently! This made us feel we were in good hands. Pardis helped me find a house by literally picking it out for me. Every house I wanted to go to, I got there and didn't love it. Pardis was busy taking note of the likes and dislikes I was stating and said "I have a house that you're going to love".... AND I DID! I went back 4 or 5 times to show other members of my family, and she accommodated me without complaint. I was a first-time homebuyer, and she walked me through the steps of everything, gave me advice, and constantly followed up to make sure I was doing OK. With her help, I was able to close on the house early, right before I started my new job. I would recommend Pardis to EVERYONE, buying or selling.

can't say enough great things about Pardis as an agent and as a person. My experience working with her as home buyer was above and beyond what I expected and everything that I needed. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She took the time in the beginning to get to know me and my needs and catered to them throughout the process. Pardis is highly knowledgeable and educated me on the home buying process, thoroughly answering every question I had. Pardis literally worked for me 7 days a week and was always responsive and accessible. She was so accommodating and patient, showing me houses for months until I found the absolute right one. I knew that she was always looking out for my best interest. She is straightforward and honest and did not hesitate to give me the advice I needed. I trusted her implicitly and she did not disappoint. With top notch negotiation skills she was able to negotiate money for repairs even after I signed an as-is contract. Pardis advocated for me every step of the way and her tenacity to get the job done was impressive. Pardis personally accompanied me to all of my showings and the one time she couldn't make it she went to look at the house on her own to be able to give me her opinion on whether it was a good fit or not. Truly impeccable service. Like I said in the beginning I can't say enough great things about Pardis. I met Pardis in one of her listings, she was so passionate and professional that I decided to keep her contact info.
After a few month, I got to work with her. She listed my property in December just a few days before Christmas! She took the job seriously even though the transaction was not financially as rewarding. Pardis was able to rent my place in 3 days.
I was impressed with her communication skills and accessibility.
Highly recommended if you are looking to work with a professional agent, either to Buy, Sell or Rent.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Pardis Shooli. We were first-time homebuyers with little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Pardis, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on (she has connections everywhere), and she really helped to take the pressure off of us.

We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Pardis walked us through every step of the negotiations, even convinced the sellers why she thought they should choose us and it worked! we thank Pardis for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Pardis to them!

Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying. Pardis was professional and personal. She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way. Pardis was always available to answer our questions and to show us the apartment any time we asked. Pardis is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games.

As an absentee owner living in Europe, I was advised to contact Ms. Shooli to have her consultation on a family property we own in California. In the beginning, I was hesitant to work with someone whom I haven't met. Due to Covid-regulations, I wasn't able to meet her in person and our contact was through online meetings. With nine hours of time zone differences, Ms. Shooli proved to me that my prejudgement was incorrect. She made the impossible, possible.
