Not only is he a great Real Estate Broker, but he's also a great person. Very easy to work with, provided great advice and guidance, answered all texts and calls (or called back very quickly), and helped my wife and I find and close on a dream of a house. The search for real estate is stressful, period. New York City ticks that up a notch or two, at least. After seeing dozens of apartments and houses over the years, we moved to Astoria and met Parry. Not only did he prove to be a motivated and capable real estate agent for us, he's now a neighbor and friend. After years of searching we found a house and closed within a few months after meeting Parry. I cannot recommend him enough if you are looking for real estate in NYC, especially in Astoria/LIC/Woodside area!
