I have known Pat for a number of years through a business networking group we were mutually a part of. Through the years I've known her, it has become very apparent that Pat really knows her stuff in the Real Estate field. When my wife and I were finally ready to buy our first home, I knew Pat was the Realtor I would call. From the first phone call and throughout the entire process, Pat was extremely helpful and made the entire process easier than buying a car! She was very knowledgeable and even helped the seller's agent with things that ultimately made the home buying process quicker and easier. I cannot recommend Pat Davis enough if you are looking to buy/sell your home. Top marks all around!

Pat helped us find our first home in Tucson a few years ago, and we sought her out again to help us find a larger home for our growing family. She had tons of patience with us--our quirks about what we were looking for, challenging schedules to work around, a six month old baby, and lots of relatives who wanted to share their opinions. This transaction was full of added difficulty due to the sellers and their less-than-helpful agent, but Pat stayed on top of the situation the whole time and worked hard to protect our interests. We are so grateful to her for all she did for us!
