Pat Donovan

As a principal with Discovery Land Company, Pat was responsible for planning and implementing the award-winning Iron Horse at Whitefish gold community. With over 400 sales through Iron Horse Properties Sotheby's International Reality, the project has achieved over $200 million in sales to date. Previously, Pat was involved in developing and leasing over 20 retail shopping centers in the Dallas, Texas area.
