About Pat

Pat Eberle first jumped into the sales arena in 2004. Mr. Eberle's first position was in the National Basketball Association as a sales executive for the Minnesota Timberwolves. In that position he was the top sales person in his department in the months leading up to his departure. Following his time with the Timberwolves, Pat took a position in the National Basketball Association's Development League. As the Director of Sales for the Florida Flame, he organized a number of programs to increase season ticket sales as well as group sales. He also wrote a multitude of proposals to develop partnerships with local business partners. This grass roots effort of growing a young team was a valuable experience. Along with his duties as Director of Sales, he also implemented marketing initiatives that marketed the team's name and brand to the local marketplace. This included weekly radio interviews, an advertising campaign, and getting involved with the community.

Pat also volunteers with a number of organizations throughout the community. He served as the Service Team Chairman for the Learning for Life committee for over two years as well as serving on the marketing committee. In addition to these positions he has also been volunteering his time to the Boy Scouts of America, the Sydney and Berne Davis Art Center, Royal Palm School, and the Lee County School District. Along with his volunteering time, he is also a member of several other organizations such as the South Gulf Basketball Officials Association, Florida High School Athletics Association, and most recently coached girls basketball at Oasis Middle School and the Fort Myers YMCA youth leagues.

Mr. Eberle has currently been working in the real estate business for thirteen years with an emphasis in both real estate sales and finance. He started in the home finance business with little experience, but quickly grew to be a top producer. His knowledge and understanding of how to relate to people along with his desire to help them allowed him to find success very early in this new career. As a Realtor with Raso Realty, Pat has been able to build a large client base. He has a tremendous knowledge of the Short Sale and Foreclosure markets having listed, marketed and sold a large volume of these properties. He also has a strong background in Investment properties helping investors successfully purchase large amounts of multi-family properties.

Pat also currently holds a real estate license in Minnesota.

We flew down from Maine to find a retirement home. Pat was available to us all week and showed us a variety of homes so that we could be comfortable with out decision.
