Pat Kaplan is a real estate leader who has been active in the industry for more than 30 years. She currently owns the Kaplan Real Estate Group, a Portland, Oregon real estate brokerage firm that also offers seller and buyer brokerage services, industry education classes, and real estate consulting services. She is an active board member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Oregon Association of Realtors serves as chair-elect of the 10,000+ member Regional Multiple Listing Service of Metro Portland (RMLS), and serves on the International Housing Coalition.
Pat served as Treasurer of the National Association of Realtors for three years and chaired the financing group for NAR's award-winning LEED building in Washington, DC. Pat was also a founding member and chair of the Realtors Relief Foundation which raided and distributed over 11 million for the victims of the 9/11 tragedy. In addition, Pat has represented NAR on the boards of DocuSign and the Realtors Federal Credit Union. She currently serves on the for-profit boards of Sentrilock and the Realtors Multiple Listing Service.
Before launching Kaplan Real Estate Group, Pat was the designated broker of Windermere/Cronin & Caplan Realty Group and its more than 450 agents.
