NURSINGHEALTH123 Pat was awesome in helping me sell my house in 31 days in Apopka. He did great marketing online and in community. He was very knowledgeable of the area. He priced it right and he gave tips on selling quick. He also helped us negotiate our new home, not to mention since he has extensive construction knowledge he was able to help identify and assist in remodeling our new home. He also helped my daughter find a perfect rental that suited her in Altamonte Springs. He was able to provide us with a great mortgage person. He returns calls same day and answered any questions we had. I had no concerns it seemed he addressed our concerns before it was a concern. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. I would highly recommend him.

BRIAN CATALONO I have enjoyed the process of purchasing a home for the first time, thanks to Gail and Pat. As a first time buyer with ZERO understanding of what to look for and how to go about purchasing a home. I was very fortunate to have Gail and Pat help me every step of the way. They were very patient with me and worked as hard as they could to help me find my dream home. Knowledgeable, professional, caring, and dedicated to get you what you want! Even after finding the home I wanted, finding out there was another other already placed, they encouraged me to place a back up offer, just in case, you never know what could happen. So glad we did, because the original offer fell through and mine was accepted! Oh, what a feeling...they both have been there for me through the whole process start to finish and even offered to help with the move. What more could you ask for. They continue to be a great help to me even after I have been in the house, with referrals for repairmen and other professionals that they deem trustworthy. That means a lot to me! Pat, being in the construction business and on the other side of the fence was great experience to have as realtor, because I could trust his recommendations about all of the houses we looked at, he really knows his stuff, made me feel very comfortable that they were really look out for my best interest! Hard to find that these days! I would highly recommend the Long Team! Thank you both for everything, I really appreciate all your hard work and how you have helped me find my home!

DEAN SWANSON I originally was in the market for a rental home. At the time Pat had a couple of homes available. All the homes were in great shape and at a great price. I eventually rent a home in Deltona that was just right in the right area in which we were looking. After a couple of years we approached Pat about possibly purchasing the home. This began a whirlwind of good things. Pat was very helpful not only with the negotiation of the home purchase price, but the financing as well. I remember sitting in my dinning room signing all the closing docs and thinking to myself this may have not happened at all if it were not for Pat going the distance he did. I was so appreciative of his effort, that even today many years later that Pat and his wife Gail are very good friends and a couple we could count on if ever needed in the future. JUST AWESOME PEOPLE!!!

DEAN MORONEY Pat not only knew the market, but took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a house. With his wealth of experience he helped guide us repair concerns, resale values, HOA types, etc. He followed through after the sale and even helped us find contractors to do some upgrades.
