I was purchasing a home in Cheyenne while living out of state and Pat was incredibly helpful in doing virtual walk throughs, explaining the home buying process, and suggesting phenomenal lenders and contractors. This was our second home and we wish we had Pat for the first as well. He was very prompt,organized, and flexible, especially when we gave short notice as we lived out of town. He handled everything behind the scenes, but checked in often to ensure we understood every step. Pat was very good at listening to what we wanted in a home, and also asked smart questions about why what we wanted was important. Additionally, he understands the pros and cons of each local neighborhood and helped us find the right one for us. He has a great sense of humor which can help with the stress of buying a new home. Lastly, he also helped advise us on local contractors. Every step of the process was so smooth because of his work.
