Pat represented us when we bought our home in 1999. Because of our positive experience as buyers at that time, we stayed in contact over the next 20+ years, and chose her to represent us as sellers when we were ready to move. Throughout the process, Pat's communication with us, in person, by phone and by e-mail, was excellent. She guided us through the process from start to finish through frequent contact, and answered our questions as needed. Pat has excellent knowledge of the local market, demonstrated in her advice on preparing our house before listing, information on current pricing trends in our area, and timing and presentation of our listing. Pat also prepared professional and attractive materials to present our house online and available to potential buyers who visited the house. Once the house was listed, Pat kept us informed about interest in our house and scheduled showings. When we had an offer, within a day of listing, Pat reviewed the offer with us, sharing her thoughts to help us make our decision on the offer- we accepted the offer. Once we accepted the offer, Pat continued to work with us, guiding us through the settlement process leading to closing, and once again sharing her expertise when we had questions. Pat provided outstanding service for us, and we highly recommend her to people considering buying or selling a home.
