Pat Simental

A lifelong resident of Cheyenne, Pat graduated from Central High School and has many years of experience in all fields of real estate, having earned his real estate license in 2003 and his broker's license in 2012.

Pat has served on the Board of Directors for the Cheyenne MLS (Board President in 2009) and the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS®, (Board President in 2016) and is currently on the YMCA Board of Directors. Pat enjoys golf, basketball, biking, weights and cardio workouts, is a tech geek, and loves spending time with his wife and his Dachshund dog.
