Pat goes above and beyond. She took videos to walk us throughout the available homes since we were relocating and couldn’t be there in person. She continued to assist in anyway possible throughout the mortgage process and closing. After closing, she offered to continue to check on the property until we could move in. When it came time to sell our house, we didn’t know who to turn to, so we Googled “best real estate agent in Valdosta”. The name Pat Tolbert floated to the top and we’re glad it did. She had done her homework before our first meeting as to the housing market in our area. She walked our property/house and assessed the value based on what she saw and her earlier research of the area. The value she gave our property was spot on. She had the property sold and closed on within 45 days of our signing with her. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Pat Tolbert. You can’t go wrong if you choose her.

It was an absolute delight working with Ms Pat Tolbert in the selling of my home. A few years back I relocated out of state and needed to start the home selling process. I was terrified because I was under the impression that selling a house can be very stressful and time consuming but Pat made the process very simple and as easy as possible. Pat look care of everything so there was no need for me come back in town!!! House was on the market less than 48 hours and the closing date was scheduled immediately afterwards. There were zero issues and I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ms Pat!!!

Words cannot express how amazing Pat is. I was enroute to PCS from Alaska to Georgia. She was willing to household for me, video call to show a house as well as give me her honest opinion of the property. Once in leave in Florida, she recommended a property and the very next day we saw it. Needless to say I'm a first time home buyer thanks to her effort. Mrs. Pat helped us purchase our first house. There are always issues that are outside of peoples control, but even through some of the issues she reminded calm and helped us figure out a solution. She was always on time to our appointments to look at houses and worked with our odd work schedule. When looking at houses, she was honest about what she liked and didn't like. She was helping us look at the big picture. I would recommend Mrs. Pat to all my friends and family looking to buy a house!

Pat Tolbert, or as I shall say Pat, made the entire process of selling our home in Valdosta a pleasure. From the moment she arrived at our home until I hugged her goodbye as we headed for Florida was nothing but an extremely positive experience which I will never forget. I prayed the Lord would send us someone who would be the "right" one and she certainly was. If you want a realtor who stays on top of everything and who doesn't mind at all being called on a Sunday night at 10:00, and someone who sells your home for the price you want to sell rather than lowering the sale price you need Pat. She has it all. Bottom line Pat is the one to call!
