Pat Wolcott personal real estate broker licensed in Oregon. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors®. He specializes in buyer representation and relocation. Pat is nationally accredited in Military Personnel Relocation (MPR) and Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS). Pat is a multi-million dollar producer who provides expert and reliable service to his clients. He is committed to the success and strives to satisfy his client's objectives at all costs. His personable and professional character allows Pat to build and maintain solid relationships, which explains why his business has grown mostly from referrals and repeat clients. On a personal note, Pat grew up in Van Nuys, CA, where upon graduating from High School he enlisted the US Air Force and then retired as a Chief Master Sergeant in 2005, he has over 42 years of problem solving experience as a Peace Officer and continues to use those skills today in the service of his clients in his real estate business. He attended various Universities to increase his educational understanding and leadership abilities. He has two Business and a Criminal Justice degrees. Despite Rick's busy schedule, he still finds time to give back to his community. Rick volunteers his time to support local charities and causes. He is passionate about providing service to others, where he volunteers at the Portland VA Hospital and the US Coast Guard Auxiliary as a Cook, where he has served on USCG Cutters in both the Local Portland and North Pole regions.
