Patrice Schneider

Born and raised in Westfield, NJ, Patrice grew up as the daughter of a Realtor, Broker/Owner. She received her BA in Fine Arts from The Catholic University in DC and her MFA from The New York Studio School. Patrice has traveled extensively throughout the US and Europe and has called many cities her home. With her background in art and having had her own ceramic line, Patrice found her niche as the sales and marketing director for a tile importer in Philadelphia before moving to Vermont.

On a sales trip to Vermont in 2002, Patrice fell in love with a Vermonter and the Green Mountains, she decided to leave her city roots behind and call Vermont her home. Having worked in the flooring industry for many years in Southern Vermont she has a comprehensive knowledge of the area (including all those back roads) and has helped many homeowners and contractors in their construction and redecorating projects.

She brings a great interior design sense, a long sales career, and her marketing experience, with her to Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty.

Patrice enjoys taking walks with her husband and daughter throughout Wilmington where she and her family live. She loves making art, tae kwon do, physical fitness, yoga, cooking and being a wife and mother.

Patrice has been a realtor since 2012 and a Broker since 2019. She holds her Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist Certification (RSPS), Senior Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, the premier credential in seller representation. Only 1% of Vermont Realtors hold this designation. She serves on the board of the Vermont Association of Realtors as the representative from the Southern Vermont Board of Realtors. She is currently a Broker Associate with the Mount Snow office of FSSIR.
