I had the honor of having Patricia Fouts as my realtor who assisted me in my search for a home. I am a widow and had moved from out of state and was living with a relative. I had never purchased a home on my own before this and was stressed to say the least. Patricia took the time to get to know me and my preferences, budget, life circumstances. She did not pry but used all this information to make sure I got the home for me that was just right! She is extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered questions and obtained additional information when needed. Thank goodness for her wisdom, for many times, it reassured and encouraged me and saved me from home buying mistakes. I feel she truly was looking out for my best interests. Her availability to me was just right. She did not push just to get a sale, but genuinely cared whether or not the homes I looked at were ones I could live in. I know for a fact that she worked tirelessly on my behalf, using all resources to try to find properties to view, many times late at night. I would highly recommend her services as a realtor to be your "partner" in your search for a home. Well done, Patricia!

I'm so lucky to have found Patricia! She went above and beyond for me, I couldn't have asked for anyone better. I had so many questions knowing absolutely nothing about buying a house and she was always ready to help and very responsive. I was grateful for how quick we'd meet up to see a house so I had a fighting chance in this competitive market. She was kind enough to bring papers to me in person after a bad accident. Thanks Patricia! I can't recommend her enough, look no further.
