My husband and I wanted to move into a new home and we decided to contact Ms. Patricia. She went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined for ourselves. She not only helped up buy our new home, she also sold the house we moved out of. All of this was done in no time at all. She was professional every singe step of the way. Her communication was superb. If we had any questions or concerns at all, Ms. Patricia was right there to answer anything. She kept us in the loop on the loan process and even sent us text messages every now and then just to let us know that everything was going according to plan. We have recommend Ms. Patricia to several of our friends and I assure you that you can never go wrong with her in your corner. She was always ready to help us, talk to us, encourage us, motivate us and even pray for us (and with us). She was always positive and always had the attitude that nothing is impossible. We highly recommend her and at this point consider her a friend.

Ms. Patricia is the consummate professional. She sold my home for full asking price within 3 weeks, during a recession, and a pandemic! She willingly managed all of the details of various property repairs and services because I was out of state. She represented my interest by personally inspecting all work before releasing payments. Ms. Patricia took care of my home as if it was her home-- paying attention to every detail. She is a seasoned professional and technically savvy-- able to market and sell real estate via online websites and multiple forms of social media. Lastly, Ms. Patricia has integrity. She is honest and completely transparent. You can definitely trust her and be assured that she will get the job done. I am extremely fortunate that she was my realtor.
