About Patricia

She has been a licensed sales associate since 1988. She started her career in real estate as an administrator for Centennial real estate in Scarsdale, NY and then became a licensed sales agent after she realized how much she truly loved meeting new people and being a part of helping them find their new homes or selling their homes so they could move on to the next chapter of their lives.

She grew up in Westchester County and lived there for 35 years and then moved to Putnam County which is still where she resides. She has 4 daughters and three granddaughters which has helped her in her real estate career being very familiar with school systems, activities, day care, etc.

Her client base is largely made up from past clients and personal referrals which lets her know she must be doing a good job. She has been a top producer for almost her whole career. She services Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties. She gives 100% and in return she has customers who have made her feel part of the family.

Regardless of a person’s financial status or whether he/she are buying or selling a $50,000 condo or a $5,000,000 home, she believes he/she are entitled to be treated equally and with the same energy and enthusiasm. She takes a serious and professional attitude towards her business. She is reliable and she understands the value of her client’s time.
