Beginning as a sales associate in 1999, Pat quickly developed a passion for the business as well as the Real Estate community. Pat worked with many amazing clients and colleagues over the years and has developed wonderful ongoing friendships.

As her business grew, Pat was asked to take a leadership role at a sales office in Monmouth County where she found her true calling. In working with exceptional sales professionals who shared a common vision to provide extraordinary service to their buyer and seller clients, Pat has helped salespeople achieve their highest and best goals. In subsequent years, she managed real estate offices in Hunterdon and Essex Counties; she experienced different market cultures and climates, but what remained constant was her enjoyment of helping her agents succeed.

Pat has learned a great deal from the many sales professionals that she has collaborated with over the years and looks forward to sharing her experience back home in Montville.

“It is both thrilling and humbling to have been asked to lead the team at Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty’s newest location in Montville,” says Pat. Her goal of building a team of the “best of the best” agents is what inspires and informs her every day.
