Patricia Breen

Patricia joined the real estate business in 1997 as a full-time broker. She hit the ground running and quickly built a loyal client base of repeat and referral business. Her reputation in the community and among her fellow agents blossomed and she soon became a respected player in the Westchester County real estate market. Not only does Patty work in the Bronxville area, but she also lives there, educated her children there, and is an active member of the community. Her success is due, in part, to her first-hand knowledge of and involvement in the community.

Over the past several years, in a tough real estate market, Patty has continued to excel. She knows that buying or selling a home can be a very stressful time in your life, especially with today's economic conditions. She prides herself on helping you feel as comfortable as possible during this transition in your life. Patty's early career was spent with Prime Motor Inns, where she was promoted through the ranks to hold both General Manager and Regional Sales Director roles. During her tenure, she demonstrated high dedication and reliability in the high turnover industry, including during frequent periods of change. She earned a reputation for resolving problems on the first contact and improving operations through diligent determination.

Patty is also highly visible within the community, participating in various leadership capacities. She is a Past Board Member of St. Joseph's Mothers Club Bronxville, NY; a 20-year member of First Precinct Police Council; Board Member of the Bronxville Chamber of Commerce; and Past Chairperson of Brant Beach Yacht Club.
