As a first time home buyer with very little knowledge of the CA housing market, I needed a realtor that was willing to hold my hand throughout the entire home buying process. Patricia truly went above and beyond to ensure that I ended up in the home that I wanted. She took a genuine interest in what I was looking for and tailored a home search that was specific to me.

Once we found the home that I wanted Patty was tireless in her efforts to get me into that home. Being that I went with new construction I was added to a lengthy waitlist for the community. Patty made frequent phone calls and visits to the community on my behalf to make sure i knew where I stood on the list. Thanks to Patty’s due diligence when a home did open up my name was at the top of the list and I was able to get into the home and community that I love at a price point I could afford. During escrow there were a few issues that I ran into with the lender that I selected for my home loan however, thanks to Patty’s urgency, thoroughness, and willingness to step in. She was able to prevent any significant delays in closing.

I highly recommend Patricia to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, patient and genuinely cares about their clients. I could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using Patricia for all of my future Realtor needs.
