When I had to think about buying our first home and had a time crunch it was very stressful. I am so happy I worked with Patricia, she was very knowledgeable and answered all 101+ questions that I had at literally any time of the day. She made my first-time buying experience in this crazy market less stressful and amazing!! She was quick and efficient with the listings and showing us the homes. We were able to find our house with all the MUST HAVES we needed for our little family in 3 weeks. WE were VERY happy with the service she provided us. Patricia was great from the search for our first and ideal home. She was very thorough in educating us about the current opportunities and showing us as many homes as necessary when we weren't unable to make decisions. She went out of her way to look for opportunities in areas in which we weren't thinking, the home we picked was great for our needs. After we picked the home of our choice, the coordination with her was a very seamless effort.
