Patricia hails from Long Island, New York, and moved to the Boston-Brookline area before settling in North Andover where she raised her family. She has worked with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty in its Massachusetts' offices located in North Andover and Somerville for the last several years.
Patricia has been involved in housing for more than 30 years. She has extensive real estate knowledge gained while working for real estate investment firms as an asset manager where she oversaw hundreds of multifamily developments nationwide. Investors trusted her ability to assess properties to determine capital needs to improve curb appeal, operations, financial performance, and finally, to calculate optimal timing of property sales. She has transferred her experience, enthusiasm, and financial acumen to a specialization in residential real estate. While guiding her clients through the buying and selling experience, her success is attributed to her listening to her clients and her knowledge of the market. Preparation, patience, and understanding the financial as well as the emotional component of purchasing and selling a home, has contributed to her success.
She better prepared herself while working in the multifamily investment world, by earning an M.B.A. from Boston College. Keen to the expanding Boston economy and Boston's attractiveness as a destination for national and international businesses, over the last two years, Patricia has earned her Relocation Designation from Brookfield Global Relocation Services and has become a Certified International Property Specialist. In addition, with the growth in new construction and luxury homes, she has most recently earned two new construction designations and become a qualified luxury specialist. These certifications expand her network to better serve her buyers and sellers. In addition, the tools and data provided by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and its contacts and relationships enhance Patricia's value as a representative to her relocating buyers and sellers, baby-boomer sellers, and first-time homebuyers.
Patricia has invested in her community with her past involvement in Junior Achievement in the local public schools and has served as a co-president of a parent-teacher association. She is currently a member of local business groups and the Boston College Real Estate Council. Previously she has served as an officer of a national preservation housing group and is a former board member of the National Housing Conference.
