Real estate is in my blood! I remember as a young girl visiting job sites with my dad who was a commercial property manager. I would later, as a professional, walk the job sites of my very own projects. Living the dream! I enjoy the excitement of finding the perfect homes for my buyers, marketing homes for my sellers, and working through landlord/tenant matches! Helping with a place to call home is helping people live...and I love it!
My nearly fifteen years of residential real estate experiences are complimented by over twenty years of corporate finance and operations experiences. I have supported corporate real estate investment decision making, including negotiations, analysis, reporting and space planning. Currently residing in Essex County, I am a Bergen County girl at heart...a graduate of Teaneck High School, I also hold an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Accounting degree from The Ohio State University. I am a Don Bosco Prep HS alumnus mom. And, I am also a former youth baseball and track mom, so I am well traveled in many of the northern New Jersey counties with knowledge of area schools and neighborhoods. Pat was absolutely amazing to work with. I would easily recommend her to anyone I know who’s looking to buy or sell. As a first time buyer she made the entire process as smooth as possible. She was always helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. Her knowledge of the areas in NJ I was searching in was extremely helpful in finding places to focus on. Having Pat with me during open houses or property showings was invaluable, she is able to point out both positives and areas of concern that I never would’ve noticed or considered.

Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely kind. Every interaction I had with Pat was a pleasure.
