Patricia helped us find our home and closed on it in less than a month! Our offer wasn't the highest but it was accepted and I know that wouldn't have happened without Patricia. She is professional, knowledgeable, very responsive, quick to learn our taste in homes and respects our choices. She did not push us toward a certain home or neighborhood, and was willing to show houses that are 1+ hour away from her. I will come back the next time I'm looking for a new home, and I certainly will tell my friends and family the next time they are looking.

Patricia is so great !!! We are first time home buyers and she was so patient with us, always answered all of our questions (trust me we had a million). She held our hands through the whole process. In this crazy market when we would want to give up she would keep us positive. She would take us to everything we wanted to look at and sometimes take us more the once with a smile on her face. You can tell she loves her job and has a passion for it. She went above and beyond to help us close the deal. I will recommend her to everyone I know. As a first time homebuyer Patty was such a blessing! She answered all my questions along the way and guided me through the process. She and her team were very responsive. They would return emails, calls, texts day and night. When it was time to bid on a house she guided me and advised me on what she thought would be a strong but not over the top offer. After we bid on the house she and her team kept in contact with the listing agent and developed a relationship that I believe helped my offer be more attractive when it came down to the end. My offer was selected on the first house I bid on in very competitive market.

Throughout the closing process Patty continued to answer my questions and made recommendation to contacts she had who could help make any improvements in the future. She also was able to do some extra negotiating before closing which saved me some money.

I was very anxious about the home buying process and Patty was there to support me along the way. I am very grateful to her and her team!

Patty was extremely helpful during our long and exhausting home search! She was always positive and optimistic about being patient with a difficult market. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and concerns. Patty held our hand through the entire process.
