When i finally decided to downsize there was only one agent i was going to use,Trish Des Groseilliers. She invested so much of her time to ensure I understood the market value of my house and the market i was going to be entering. Trish always provided fair and honest information and educated me on the whole process from start to settlement. The one thing that stood out for me was that Trish approached the sale of the house as if it were her own house. She went above and beyond with everything and was so detail oriented I knew i had nothing to worry about with her selling my house. My house went on the market during a week of a snow storm and even despite that weather 15 days later Trish presented me with an offer / contract for the sale of my house. It was an absolute pleasure working with Trish during the 2011 sale of our home. Due to Trish’s knowledge and expertise the sale of our home went very smoothly. Trish helped my boyfriend and I search for a home to rent for over a year. We did not know what type of property we wanted in the beginning and Trish was unbelievably patient with us. Trish never pushed us into looking or renting something we did not want. She showed us different properties and explained to us the different options we had. Additionally, Trish is very knowledgeable when walking through homes. She spotted issues we never would have seen on our own, thereby eliminating homes we would have had issues with. Trish looked over our lease with us making sure that we understood each and every part of it. She also had some of the language changed in our lease to accommodate our needs. Trish was always accessible via cell, text, and email, and responded quickly. Trish comes with my highest recommendation. We met Trish when one of the homes in our dream neighborhood came up for sale. Trish quickly got us prepared to put an offer on the house and got our existing house on the market asap. Trish is an EXCELLENT realtor. She truly knows how to sell homes. Her experience and knowledge got us the house we wanted and sold the house we needed to sell. Trish used every tool possible from the beginning to get our home sold, she was amazing! Our home was sold within 2.5 weeks and this was in 2008 when the market was changing ALOT.
