Patricia is Texas born and raised, with a family involved in real estate law and mortgage. Her love of children, inspired her to get her Bachelor of Science in Education. She taught multiple grade levels, teachers and staff, just north of Austin, in Round Rock ISD.
Patricia had watched the Austin and surrounding areas boom. She soon realized that she had the same appreciation for the real estate world as her parents, and obtained her license. She applies her extensive skills of communication, availability, dedication, patience, staging, and invaluable knowledge, with her clients. She understands the importance of discovering their individual preferences, and helping them reach their goals. She is there every step of the way, to negotiate for her clients, from contract to beyond closing. Patricia has extensive networking groups and certifications, which help promote her listings, and stay up to date with the latest area developments. She has worked with buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial properties.
Treating her clients like family, is a guiding principle and way of life for Patricia and her family. Her children and husband have been known to lend a hand, when needed. Although Patricia does not teach students anymore, she does volunteer her time, to raise money for scholarships, to further their education. She also enjoys quality family time, and spending time outdoors. Patricia looks forward to helping you, with all your real estate needs.
