Patty has moved nine times in her married life. Friends joke that she is happier moving than not. During a time that may prove to be very stressful for most, Patty thrives and enjoys the entire process of buying, selling and moving. Heeding the advice of her friends, she decided to put her passion to work and took the opportunity to enter the real estate business.
Patty graduated with a business degree in marketing from Boston University. Upon completion she returned back home to Puerto Rico where she worked as a Marketing Executive for Estée Lauder and, subsequently, earned her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) while working full time.
Patty earned her real estate license in Texas in 2014. She worked for RE/MAX Cinco Ranch in Katy, TX and was selected as Rookie of the Year in her first year practicing real estate. The following year, Patty and her family relocated to Atlanta, GA. In Georgia, she was under the leadership of RE/MAX Paramount Properties in Alpharetta, GA. In 2018, Patty and her family had the opportunity to relocate back to Tampa and, ultimately, made the move back to their “happy place”.
Patty is married to Mike, her husband of almost 30 years. Mike and Patty have three adult boys, Michael, Daniel and Nicholas. She enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with family and her dog Bella.
Patty has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) Designation, the SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) Designation and the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) Certification.
