About Patricia

Pat grew up in Ohio and is a lifelong Buckeye fan! After meeting her husband Bob at The Ohio State University, they moved to Cincinnati, OH. After leaving Cincinnati they moved to Michigan and then onto Fairport, NY. From New York they made their way to New Milford, CT which is located at the foothills of the Berkshire mountains. Then onto the beautiful Garden state of New Jersey where they lived in Fairhaven.

Pat began her real estate career in Connecticut in the early 80's with Merrill Lynch when interest rates were an all-time high of 18%. During her time with Merrill Lynch, she earned her Brokers license and managed a small, but phenomenally successful office. After leaving Merrill Lynch she went on to manage an office in Rumson, NJ with Weichert, REALTORS. During her time in Rumson, she won many awards to include Manager of the Year in 1995 and 2000.

Pat and Bob moved to the Lowcountry in 2003 and made Sun City Hilton Head their new home for the next transition in their lives. She participates in many of the activities Sun City has to offer including bridge, golf, pickle ball, euchre, mahjong, and the Buckeye Club. She attends classes at the fitness center and is a supporter of all the creative arts. Pat and her husband are also members of The Church of the Cross, and it has been one of the highlights of their move.
Pat describes herself as a Transaction Specialist with a Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation. After spending 30 years in Real Estate and moving multiple times she finds helping others transition into a new life whether here in Paradise (as the locals call it) or moving on to a new adventure. She has won numerous awards and has been instrumental in helping the Weichert, REALTORS-Coastal Properties Sun City/Okatie office be recognized as a top office within the Hilton Head MLS, as well as the Weichert Affiliate companies.
